Im working on improving some of my older pieces. This canvas was very much a pastel picture last year, but now Im adding some larger dark shapes, and I will also try to blend some of the light coloured areas. When working a bit larger, I need to be careful about making the shapes small and therefore making it too busy.
Behind the canvas is a framed board of painted flowers. Im happy with this one, and I will take it home to store until we have our exhibition….possibly March/April.
In the front is “Shipwreck” (sitting upside down). Ive framed it with a light wood float frame.
